"did you only include the bromide one because you suggested it to someone before and they actually took it and got poisoned?" you do know the AI doesn't have access (memory) to other people's chats, or even other chats of your own if you disable it, right, lol.
the warning was added there as part of the system prompt. chatgpt has no "memory" or "consciousness". if it tell me something, it cant then go and tell you what it told me.
when pressed on it, it searched the web and found "man took bromide because chatgpt told him to" but it still does not see itself as chatgpt. it was trained on text written by people, not AI, it only "knows" its chatgpt because it was told that in the system prompt
