If an AI replaced a human then they probably deserved it. It's just a matter of an inferior being replaced by a superior intelligence.
It's not impossible we could end up with a dystopian society with AI's in power.
Also, capitalism results in the brightest in power. But we are looking at Geniocracy. The average person hasn't a chance in such a world.
