Anyone open to experimenting with downloading open source LLMs onto a separate, older computer and spinning it up as an AI server?
The more of us distribute our AI prompting like this, the less taxed datacenters are. And why not? We're software engineers and technologists, the ones most apt to do these kind of things :)
