anyways.... people /artists who have registered their work at copyright.gov can sue anyone who has taken their work without consent...anyone. But the best course of actions is to sue the inventors and investors of ai stealing machines like stable diffusion midjourney etc on the grounds of using and or replication your work without consent. Most photographers know about this law....or at least should know about it.
