Just remember Sam’s job is to sell a product and idea that doesn’t exist yet. AI is nothing more than a program that predicts word strings from input word strings. It’s literally just a more convenient search engine that you can’t source check. I mean YouTube changed the world but didn’t get rid of the need for professionals. Humans will be needed until we actually understand the human brain and even then we still may be needed. This fear mongering is terrible for the youth of today and falsely discourages them from pursuing careers that we need to be filled. Don’t be surprised if in 20 years there is a shortage of university educated jobs because kids didn’t think at the time there was a future in that direction.
