A.I. Art peices houldn't be copyrightable because the work itself isn't created by a human. So unless he is able to prove his Computer is sentient enough, there is no way he'd get copyright for the generations. Heck, a monkey couldn't get copyright for their own selfie because copyright as of now only applies to humans. Animals would sooner get that right before A.I.
