Okay so I'm a very anti-AI person definitely, but I wanna justify the bad art referred to in this video, as apparently not many people appreciate jackson pollock. Well firts of all, I understand where it is coming from, jackson pollock's art is not particularly visually pleasing as most art, but I think that's kinda missing the point. His objective was to make an artwork with action painting (which is a very cool movement btw, definitely the modern generation of them). Art does in fact have no rules, definitions of art suck one by one, and that's what he was trying to accentuate. For him, the joy in art wasn't partially there with the final product, but moreso with the way it was constructed (now I wanna opt for some nuance to my own take, I'm sure there's no artist around who merely makes art to behold the final product, and I'm sure they also like the process of it, just like I do. And I'm sure Jackson pollock also enjoyed his final products, because, well, he sold them. But I just think the balance is a little tilted here in comparison to the average artist). Very intersting video btw, you captured most of my critique against AI, thank you for that.
