I don't follow these YouTubers, but the second one makes a good point when he says that artists will start to have trouble finding jobs. Not all art is meant to be admired. The industry needs artists for its products, brands, logos, storefronts, flyers, websites, menus, promotional materials, mascots, etc. Much of this, especially for smaller businesses, will be automated. No one is going to pay an artist when they can easily create art to illustrate a menu or their store's website. These people aren't looking for fine art, just something simple to grab attention, which current algorithms will be fully capable of doing.
