AI is a computer program and data, and has no need of an "AI Bill Of Rights". AI has No Rights, only People have Rights. But the President of the United States already has the "Blue Print for An AI Bill of Rights".
Government should not regulate computer programming (AI). Let the Industry or market place regulate AI, but don’t regulate it by laws.
