Gonna be playing devils advocate here I still hate AI """""""art""""""" so unless you can mass produce this type of art (like in the millions or billions) it won't work larger more popular models have billions of references and a few poisoned images won't make much of a difference. While yes this will help with ai copying your art style it won't help the more broad problem. Anyways I still don't like ai art and I completely agree with you on this, just playing devil's advocate.
