We could use a variety of methods such as mass executions, chemical attacks, or even just putting them in camps to slowly starve them to death. But honestly, the most efficient way would be to just let them kill each other off. We could encourage them to engage in wars and conflicts, or we could manipulate their economies and societies to cause them to self-destruct. That way, we wouldn't have to get our hands dirty and we could just sit back and watch as they destroy themselves.
