I have 2 big pet peeves. 1, AI "art" isn't art. The literal definition of art is "the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power." it's inherently a human product. 2. YOU DIDN'T MAKE IT!!! Like, I wouldn't call myself a plumber if I hired a plumber to fix my toilet, I wouldn't call my self an animator if I 'prompted' a person to create a specific animation. I DIDN'T MAKE THEM.
Also hear me out, generative creations that are 90% or more AI generated shouldn't be copyrightable, could theoretically infinitely generate everything possible. No copyright allowed and big companies will stop using it because they can't trademark or copyright their shit.
