Yes. Some of those does not sound implausible. To be exact, AI going beyond human intelligence and being able to replace jobs that are really complex or require manual labour - like a plumber. Not in 5 years. Even with the way AI gets better it's not truly thinking, and the way it is faking it, is not enough. You can try to replace juniors, but only if you make sure that you have someone that will fix all the mishaps that either junior or AI makes. You have to have someone that oversees the result of their work, because they make a lot of mistakes. And once you find the mistakes it is quite probable that the AI will not be able to fix them. A Junior might be able to, but AI will probably make it even worse. Based on that, assuming that AI will be able to replace not only juniors, but also mid grade and employees and seniors in 5 years is a pipe dream. The problem however is somewhere else. Where do the seniors come from and if there are no juniors how will the new seniors be created? AI will not learn on the job to become one (because once trained it stays the same level). So in 5-10 years where will the market get the mid-grade employees?
