The idea of talking to a bot about my trauma makes me want to puke and run screaming into the woods to die of exposure. RU serious!!! People are doing this? How desperate for connection are you lot? I spew in to a paper notebook with a pen and dispose of it in an anonymous dumpster and I still feel paranoid. I do not think that is OK. Chatgpt is a machine folks, and so is Alexa and Siri. I don't use any of them. I disable Google assistant on my phone and turn off the phone sometimes. I spend days and even weeks totally disconnected. Ge flicking hosephat!
