For as tech forward Chase likes to think they are, it is funny how they’ve fallen for the lie that voice based biometric authentication is really possible over the phone. The bandwidth of data going through a typical phone call is low enough you can’t even tell a recording from a real live voice, even before AI enters the picture 🤦♂️
