Here's my issue with this. Mostly the artists are angry that they don't get money off it. I get it, you need to get money to pay your bills. But on the other hand, I never in my life will have money to ask an artist to do an image for me, whereas with Midjourney, I can pay 20 bucks a month, and get how many images I feel like creating, and stave off boredome for a while.
Again, I understand the need to make money, I myself am someone who at the end of the month basically have to eat blank noodles. But as I understand your point of view, you need to try to understand mine too. I will never have money to dish it out on any art, but fuck, getting high and playing around with midjourney, and possibly posting it on my own Instagram, not for money, but for fun, should be understood too.
