I think ai is interesting and worth being built upon but stuff like chat gpt and geminai is not ai its a program that's eats other people works and spits them back out that is not artificial intelligence artificial intelligence by definition should be able to create its own ideas and experiences to learn and gleam new information the fact that like modern "ai chat bots have read more than any huma would reasonably read in its lifetime and yet still is easily picked out against human works shows its not learning its repeating its not ai all these people keep acting like this is the best ai will get the only way to improve it is to feed it more information are wrong true ai works are ethical we just haven't really seen them yet what's worse people then taking credit as "ai artists" are so stupid if its really an ai it should get the credit if its not truly ai than its than we have an entirly different argument but you cant claim credit for any of this
