Most artists will tell you that they like AI they just don't like how it's being implemented. If these companies had just asked artists to submit pieces to train their AI or better yet pay artists for the use of their images to train their AI. I don't think anyone would have a problem with it right now. And a tire of the argument that a lot of pro AI people will use, that this is just progress and you need to get out of the way. There would be no AI system without these artists that they are hurting. So it's hypocritical and bass ackwards to suggest that these artists just need to get over it when this one exists if it were not for them. I'm currently writing an article on AI so I ran some tests and without even mentioning Sam's name It has created images that look like his art. That wasn't even when I was attempting to do. There needs to be regulation.
