Just want to say that the description of AI, machine learning, deep learning and neural networks was incorrect.
She referred to deep learning as the underlying method and neural network like the software...
Neural networks are a class of machine learning algorithms which at their base mimic neurons activations. Deep learning generally refers to deep neural networks, which learn by using multiple layers (more than 3 by definition) of neural networks. Neural networks are the underlying network structures and often the optimization methods.
The deep learning part is not separate, it is simply a multi layer implementation.
Machine learning refers to algorithms which lead to the machine being indirectly told the answer and not told if 1 then do x.
AI refers to any algorithm which seems intelligent, though it could include if 1 then X.
For AI think NPCs in video games, while machine learning is different (language models and more)
