12:50 you’re talking to it as a forgetful person that picks what they’re feeling is important to talk about. It is responding as a robot that doesn’t forget. You can’t nag at it for not responding how you would prefer it to respond. You’re using emotion and forgetting your main points and angles and going on tangents. It is not, until you prompt it to.
