What most people miss when they criticize AI like this is: many of these AI models are open source, and can therefore be used by anyone, for free, for their own enjoyment and profit. This isn’t corporations versus small creatives. Any artist can have it right now on their own computer and create more than they ever have. Most just don’t bother to learn.
