Tesla appears to have policies that ensure failure in the hands of consumers. We know they barely test anything and just make the OTA updates. If they tested, they'd not be so horrible.
If it were actual AI, it would stop making errors in specific bends of roads, year after years. It's not that hard, with the right improvement policies. They have a cost policy and defend themselves with statistics, not procedures and performance.
