Being a traditional and digital artist who discovered AI generation during the height of the pandemic, I feel that it does not make someone who relies on it fully an artist. It's not only lacking human effort, but often displays errors that people don't make very often if at all. The images for each chapter show off one of the most common, an overabundance of fingers and/or toes (and sometimes a lack of them or poor placement). IMO it was fun to test out at first, but I got bored of it quickly and after having as much experience as I do, am able to tell right away when something has been generated. I believe AI can be a good tool if used properly but not to cheat your way to the top and trample on people that actually take out those pencils, paintbrushes or tablets and put in work.
