Lack of will to pursue a legal action against that kind of behavior is exactly that got the community in that humiliating position. Obviously, AI is still a gray area, but it seems quite obvious that if AI is just a "tool" to create art, then using AI to create a ripoff from someone's else art is a plagiat and a violation of intellectual property
