This is devastating, but I don't see a legal solution -- she will be wasting her money in court. It has NEVER been illegal to create a fictional rendering of a real person, be it cave drawings or advanced A.I. The only thing different now is that offensive fake depictions will be indistinguishable from real ones, and vice versa -- therefore neither easily provable nor disprovable. This is NOT like revenge porn or leaks. This is new territory. And worse than anyone realizes.
