Ah, so A.I. behaves much the same as many top level CEOs and managers! Make money for company and shareholders as well as protect their status at any cost - try and make deaths a result of saving other lives, ideally don't get caught, have plausible deniability as a standard feature built into any dubious actions, then lie, deny, obfuscate and generally muddy the waters and postpone accountability.
