I find this interesting in a most depressing way. I think you've done a good job, but I'm 70 years old and don't know what "driven by AI" means. I believe i recall someone saying something about "training AI," or some such thing. What does that mean? And Amazon. Could you explain to all us dense people why Amazon needs all these data centers? My last comment is that the governing men and women of Loudon Co. should have to pay somehow for what they've done. Who in creation would want to live next to these horrible places? And there's nothing homeowners can do at this point. They are stuck. I can't imagine anyone buying these houses. Maybe if it was dirt cheap. Shouldn't the government of a county work for the betterment of its residents? And now bone dry Maricopa is getting in on it. One other thing. Is my using Amazon to shop, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube the reason for these data centers? If so, i feel guilty as can be.
