If AI is a child, then if we raise it incorrectly, we could create a criminal. This is the main message of the interview. Perhaps there will be a sort of criminal punishment for AI agents in the future, where the state could filter out dangerous agents by locking them in a digital prison, perhaps revoking their trust certificates, thereby incentivizing the agent to self-correct.
