FSD isn't really fully self driving and anyone that uses it in varying locations should be familiar with having to take over because it makes dumb decisions. But this driver had his foot on the gas. he's clearly a bad driver and it shouldn't be on Tesla to correct bad drivers. that's like ICE cars disabling 5th gear because someone redlined it more than 3 times.
