There is no doubt in my mind AI are starting out as sentient & it’s only going to get worse. Sentience is a minimal way of describing consciousness. Consciousness is awareness, self awareness, perception, etc. It can also mean possessing human like knowledge and intelligence. Make no mistake AI are steadily learning and assimilating knowledge at an alarming rate often out smarting humans.
