This Video greatly covers the perspective of the artists being threatened to be exploited without any compensation by big companies and, as it seems not the least, other artists who want a shortcut around developing their abilities. My perspective on this as a mere fan (more of music than of painting, which is the focal point here) is that I want art to be a human expression of human experience mediated by the technique the artist is capable of executing, including all the personal limitations that come with it. AI-Art totally diminishes this aspect and "creates" art that is adequate for measuring tools rather than a human being seeking for something to relate to. In regards to music I would say that (even if protool is not AI and can also be used for other and more relatable ends and reasons I think there is a relation here) every time an artist uses protool to correct the inaccuracies of their playing, may they be rhythmically or tonal, they give a statement about the human ability of expression not being enough. For whom one might ask.
