EXCELLENT OVERVIEW …
1-If I have a written script, short story, poem, lyrics from a recorded song (non-ai) created from my own thoughts and sound recordings I’ve made without AI on DAW software.
2-I then use elements of the written composition as prompts in a Text to Image Generator to create visuals.
3-I then attach the visuals with my written words or AI generated voices (not music) for a poem and place them on a timeline as part of a workflow for a Music Video, Digital Storybook, or Elements used in a Video game.
4-Where does this put me with copyright.
5-I’d be pleased to hire your agency to address these issues.
