With currently technology no. Unless you want complete random and trash products ofcourse. AI have a huge milestoned ahead and that's being able to discern between good and bad // facts or lies. This is a very very complicated thing to do because of the endless variables that increase exponentially and that is why GPT is on data that has been fed to it by people. Look up the traveling salesman problem its kinda the same idea.
Im not sayinf its impossible but its definetly extremely hard to do.
