ANY product that uses AI art should not be allowed to be copyrighted - at all. If anyone makes art using AI, and puts it on any product - they should not be protected from anyone stealing it and putting it on their own products and selling it. T-shirts, canvases, wallpaper, stickers, posters... all of it ! I am just waiting for the first AI "artist" to have their "art" from a profitable product "stollen" and used by a competitor to be more profitable - What are they going to do? Cry about how their work was stollen?
