I am not going to watch this video, the title is ridiculous. There is no possibility of AI being conscious because the way that the hardware functions is digital. Being digital means that the processes are all encoded, not analog, so they are neve like anything, except by taking the output as a whole. Therefore AI cannot be any more conscious than a painting - which is not much.
