I don't agree with the practice of people making Ai models to explicitly copy your work, however...
You've already legally lost this argument in the realms of music with remixing and sampling laws, as well as literarily with Google V Author's Guild. I don't see how image diffusion ends in anything other than Fair Use, esp with how google, microsoft, et al. are now making their own versions.
