AI job cuts aren’t a myth; they’re very much a reality. Most jobs that people want today are basically ‘blue-collar with digital tools,’ and guess what? AI is already the star employee in that department! It might still struggle to fix a leaky pipe or assemble IKEA furniture without instructions (yet), but once it catches up with the physical world, it’s game over for us humans. Honestly, I think that’s exactly the kind of future the tech billionaires are daydreaming about, where AI does the work and they just watch their stock graphs go up! What the director from the Warton school says sounds completely stupid. I want to see the evidence that proves what he is saying.
