We need automation for humanity. This includes a permanent dividend like system not just for people being harmed in the transition but it’s money that goes back to support all people and fund Universal Basic Income. People should be doing work they WANT because less face it, there are PLENTY of people in this country doing work they DON’T like. Give people the basics and they can and will live a purpose driven life but people need to feel supported and that they can live a decent existence.
