Humbly, if leadership is not resisting, either they can't or they are profiting from it...which would make them complicit with ai. Sorry to hear about your job. My career was also destroyed. Just trying to be patient, productive when I can, and resisting the urge to blame myself for everything. I dont really believe all I see on the net, and many people are now being paid to eliminate others (I forgive)...nothing I can be part of as a matter of faith.
