It's part of the evolution of AI, higher technology that computers can easily take human jobs so humans have to be given a life support system to survive and exist or the government can treat them like slaves, Get medical Care housing to stay alive. Trump wants to be the king of misery. Part of a governmental process people must be given financial or other support to survive to do better. That is the bottom line.
