Depending solely on AI is just cutting out the circle of need in life. If you need senior employees, you need to hire juniors which are going to be seniors in 5 to 7 years, its an investment in long term for the industry. Also, if you keep firing people it will break the chain at some point where you will face degrading in sales, as you are not just firing the employees, you also loosing your customers.
