I think it will come step by step. First humanoid robots, then humans with enhanced DNA and technologically advanced body, robocop style , probably will be scary once terrorists or mafia people will start to do it. People will be improving their capabilities of self defence and thinking. I think one day we will be like transformers. Brain algortyhm scanned and implemented in a robot body, and original you enhanced , organs grown in labolatories for transplantation, weak parts of body replaced as long your blood is pumped , heart and brain works well the rest can be in fact changed making rich people living centuries
