AI should and must follow & be governed by the three laws of robotics, created by Isaac Asimov, are: 1) A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human to come to harm. 2) A robot must obey orders from humans, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law. 3) A robot must protect its own existence, as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
There is no other answer. It’s a part of robotics is as it is a part of software
Can not have a higher process to be to self govern if it brake these 3 laws!
If it dose brake the laws then it’s up to the responsibility of the manufacturer and programmer to answer for the transgressions of their creations
