Where is the technology that helps me drive a car and live a normal life despite my vision disability? Where is the technology that helps people with real problems? As much as I want to be progressive and embrace new tools in my artistic work, I have to ask... why has tech decided to try to take art and my career from me instead of fixing real problems? Instead of giving me and others like me real freedom and actually improving our lives? No one asked for generative AI except people who didn't like learning new things or paying for artists' skills.
