Claiming that using a tool, one where you still have to learn and hone your skills to use, is the same as writing a few lines of description and clicking basically "reroll" 50 times are downright pathetic.
It's the same as people who complain about people who are against literally stealing audio clips to fake a person's voice/replacing voice actors with AI by bringing up vocaloid. Which is literally a music tool that still has you doing all the work yourself. You're not an artist, Shad, you're a silly little man who doesn't wanna put in the work
