Yeah 1 minute into this video and you are already misleading people. The data-set is in a secure location. It is not in the AI. You make it sound like your picture is in the AI and it's not. With music there is less possibilities and more of a chance of recreating a copyrighted song. If it were in image terms it would be like you copyrighting any picture of a dragon with blue scales in the same position on a page, no matter if it was in watercolor, oil or photograph...
As far as the overarching theme of this video: There have always been plagiarists and con artists, they've always been able copy public works to sell as a forgery. This is nothing new. You can't ban the creation of a paintbrush because it may be used to create a forgery. That is what you're asking. Go get the con artists and leave the paint brush manufacturer out of it.
