Any AI, robotics, and automation is a replacement for human. Self-driving replaces taxis and Uber/Lyft. Chemical model programs replace dozens of graduate and post-graduate lab technicians.
Only hazardous environments, I think, can be remotely controlled with human teams. Because by then, the downside of having humans to be in the environment is lethal.
