I think that it is quite easy to respect IP by AI. You just havr to tell the AI that the output has to have some differences from the inspiration. Like Charlie Brown could have had a different face, color, clothes, etc and a warning sign that says: the character you mentioned has copyright protection and we will differentiate from it.
