My 15 year old son was hell bent this past year on NOT using Chatgpt like his older brother and all his peers. He did his assignments “old school,” and guess what?! He got the lowest marks (was always in the high 80% prior) he’s ever received. When I saw his marks I was upset. He said, “it’s because I don’t use ChatGPT and everyone else does!!!” Ooooo man. I NEVER see this point touched upon but it’s hugely affecting high school kids.
