‘AI can’t really replace those interpersonal aspects of humanity’ this guy is either lying intentionally or fucking stupid based on everything showcased about customer service AI this year which is 10% away from being indistinguishable from a human being on the phone, the same software in robots is in beta stage right now, by next year the average robot will be in physical labour and service sector jobs from restaurants and construction sites to personal trainers and physical education tutors in sports. It’s gonna be a wild decade😂
